By using Sunset Chaser, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use Sunset Chaser to violate laws, infringe another person's rights, upload harmful or misleading content, or interfere with the service or other users.

Community content

You are responsible for the photos, notes, names, and locations you share. Only share content you own or have permission to use. Community content may be visible to other signed-in users. You can remove your own posts, and we may remove content that violates these terms or is unsafe.

Forecasts, conditions, and safety

Sunset times, weather, marine conditions, map information, and quality scores are informational estimates. They can be inaccurate or change quickly. Always use your own judgment and consult official weather, local safety, and access guidance before travel, water activities, or other outdoor decisions.

Third-party services

The service uses providers such as Supabase, OpenWeather, Open-Meteo, Google, Apple, and Expo where applicable. Their services and terms may also apply to your use.

Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve Sunset Chaser. We may update these terms when the service changes; the updated date will appear on this page.
